Questions
When am I charged?
After you approve. Every button shows its price first. While a job runs its credits are held — set aside, not spent — and settle when it ends: unused credits come back, a failed or blocked take comes back in full. A hold is not a spending cap.
What if a take fails or gets blocked?
Credits come back automatically. Blocked takes show the reason, for example “looked like a real brand logo.”
Is there a free tier?
1 free watermarked preview take, no card.
Can I use takes in paid ads?
Yes, takes you shoot are yours to post and promote. Example footage on this site is AI-generated for this preview, with a few licensed stock clips.
