Your footage. Cut by an agent. Never uploaded.
1 command, 10 variants, files stay on your machine.
Cutroom runs inside Claude Code or Codex on your own computer. It watches a folder, reads every clip, writes a selling script in the andsee structure and cuts it with your files. There is no web editor; this page is the whole product surface.
Example footage (licensed stock). A real run cuts your own files.
Not just the script. The whole cut.
Words, not timecodes. Every cut is anchored to a line, so changing a line moves the footage with it. Hover a tag.

You agree on the cost before anything is paid for
Cutting and rendering on your machine is free. Only scripts and generated fill-in shots cost credits, and the agent asks first.
1 · It shows the plan
“3 scripts, 2 missing shots to generate (3 s each). Estimate: 36–48 credits. One shot may need a retry.”
2 · You set the budget
“Go ahead, up to 50.” Everything inside that budget runs without asking again.
3 · Anything new asks again
A different account, more variants or a bigger budget is a new decision. Unused credits come back.

Start with anything
Clone a video format
Paste a TikTok link. Cutroom rebuilds its pacing and beats with your footage and your product.
Cut a folder of raw clips
Point it at a folder. It reads every clip, writes a script in the four-check structure, and cuts.
Batch variants
One approved cut becomes 10 or 100 variants: new hooks, new order, new voice.
Pricing: 12 credits per script, billed to your andsee account. Cutting and rendering run locally and are free.
